If you are visiting this website, you are probably curious about what I do. I specialize in creating water fitness and post rehab programs for individuals with disabilities and conditions such as Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Osteoporosis, Breast Cancer and Chronic Pain issues.
Warm water bodywork practitioner skills in WatsuŽ and Jahara supplement a strong adapted aquatics and therapeutic background. Teaching professionals in conference and custom workshop settings is my forte.
